Dear Valued Patient,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to share an important update regarding your care at our practice.
For the past 20 years, I have had the honor and privilege of being a part of your eye care, and I owe the growth of my practice to patients like you who have placed their trust in me. I am incredibly proud to have served this community and to have played a role in helping you maintain your eye health.
As my practice has grown, I am shifting my focus to better serve the evolving needs of our community by concentrating on cataract and glaucoma surgery. These surgical interventions are essential in helping to restore and preserve vision, and I am dedicated to providing these specialized services to patients in Harford County and beyond.
To ensure your continued care, I will be transitioning my stable, non-surgical patients to my trusted colleagues, Dr. Sophia Johnson and Dan Stoltze, both of whom I have personally selected. They share my commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care, and I am confident that you will be in excellent hands.
Please know that I will remain available should your medical needs change or if you require surgical care in the future. If your condition becomes unstable or if there are any changes in your vision or eye health, I will be here to guide and assist you as needed. We will be in touch with you individually on your appointment changes, if any. If you do not hear from us, there isn’t anything further for you to do.
I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me over the years, and I look forward to continuing to serve you in this new capacity. Should you have any questions or wish to discuss your care further, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.
Thank you for being a part of our practice. It has truly been a privilege to care for you.
Warm regards,
Dr. Lisa Feulner, MD
